Don Zoilo is a premium sherry producer in the Jerez region of Spain. Their Amontillado Sherry is made from the palomino grape and has been aged for a minimum of 7 years in traditional Solera and Criadera barrels. This sherry has a beautiful amber color with complex aromas of nuts, dried fruits, and a hint of sea salt. On the palate, it is dry and elegant with a long, lingering finish.
