Willett Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon 8 year is a small batch bourbon whiskey produced by the Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is made from a mash bill of corn, wheat, and malted barley and aged for 8 years in new, charred oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and warm with a hint of oak.
