Willett Straight Kentucky Bourbon 10 year is a small-batch sour mash bourbon. It is made from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged for 10 years in new American oak barrels. Like all Willett whiskeys, this bourbon is made with water from the Willett Distillery’s own private spring. The nose of this whiskey is full of dark fruit, oak, vanilla, and toffee. On the palate, it is full bodied and smooth, with notes of caramel, cinnamon, leather, and tobacco. The finish is long and sweet, with hints of mint and brown sugar.
