TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Cherry and grape lead the way with caramel and slight turkey funk and oak. Citrusy and sweet, this barrel is as balanced as it gets.
Palate: Caramel, apples, butter toffee, nutmeg, orange, and lemon zest; creme brle, sweet oak. Oak and a bit of almond and black pepper on the finish.
