WhistlePig Farmstock Bourbon Beyond Bonded Straight Bourbon is a limited-edition, small-batch bourbon whiskey made from a blend of three different whiskeys. It is aged for a minimum of four years in new American oak barrels and finished in a variety of barrels, including ex-rye, ex-bourbon, and ex-wine. The whiskey is bottled at 90 proof and has a deep amber color with aromas of oak, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, it has a smooth, creamy texture with notes of toasted oak, baking spices, and a hint of sweetness. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
