West Cork Black Cask is a meticulously crafted blend of 66% grain and 34% malt Irish whiskey. Initially aged in first-fill bourbon casks for three years, it undergoes an additional finishing period in heavily charred bourbon casks. This process imparts a rich complexity and depth to the whiskey.
