The Wemyss Malts Peat Chimney is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Wemyss Malts range. It is a blended malt whisky, made from a combination of single malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and is bottled at 46% ABV. On the nose, the whisky has aromas of smoky peat, sweet honey and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the whisky has a smoky, peaty flavour with notes of sweet honey, vanilla and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smoky with a hint of sweetness.
