Old Barton 90 Proof is a bourbon whiskey produced by the Sazerac Company. It is made from a mash of at least 51% corn, with the remainder being rye, wheat, and malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels. It is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Old Barton 90 Proof has a sweet, oaky aroma with notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with flavors of oak, caramel, and spice. The finish is long and warm, with a hint of sweetness.
