Vago Vago Pechuga is a unique and flavorful mezcal made by Hijos de Aquilino Gracia in Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is made with 100% Espadn agave and is double distilled in copper stills. The agave is cooked in an underground oven and then fermented with wild yeast. The mezcal is then double distilled and aged in glass for six months.
