Vadin-Plateau was founded in 1785 amongst the charming terroirs of five neighboring villages: Ay, Damery, Champillon, Hautvillers, and of course, the home of the winery, Cumires. Since 2012, the 7-hectare estate has been committed to organic viticulture and has abstained from using herbicides for over two decades.
