Erin Mitchell and Randy Czech founded Unturned Stone in 2010 with a simple thesis: traditional, low-intervention farming and winemaking at sites others overlook. The Blush is their nod to the 1980s White Zinfandel craze reimagined as a real, dry wine. The fruit comes from one organically farmed acre at Adel’s Vineyard, near the entrance to Dry Creek Valley, which they have farmed themselves since 2018.
