Released in 2014 by 3 Badge Mixology (f.k.a. 35 Maple Street), this gin is follow-up product to its Botanical Gin release from 2012. Bottled at 45% ABV.

Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin is made with four botanicals – juniper, coriander, cucumber and rose petals – that are infused with a neutral grain spirit. After distillation, it is bottled at 45% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Crisp juniper berry, soft gourdy cucumber and the slightest hint of rose petal.

Palate: Citrus, coriander and juniper.

Finish: Cucumber, along with a wisp of rose petals.
