ULTRAMUNDO is produced exclusively with wild Maguey Lamparillo (A. Asperrima) from our 24,000-acre Pelayo Ranch in Mapim, Durango, in the region of La Zona del Silencio. The property is home to a large population of this agave. We ensure it will continue to be by allowing at least 20% of our mature agave to flower and seed each year.
