Two Stacks Irish Whiskey Cask Strength is a limited edition whiskey from the Irish Distillers. It is a blend of single malt and grain whiskeys that have been aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength, meaning it is bottled at the same strength as it was when it was put into the cask. This whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile of dried fruits, toasted oak, and spice. It is a great whiskey to sip neat or to use in cocktails.
