Touma Arak has been produced by R.T. Touma & Frres in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon since 1888 earning its title as the “King of Arak” through over a century of uncompromising craft. Made exclusively with whole aniseed and sweet white grapes, never with star anise, oils, or extracts, the spirit is distilled four times in traditional copper stills before resting in clay vessels, resulting in a crystal-clear pour with bold anise character, subtle grape sweetness, and a warm, lingering finish. Bottled at 100 proof. Best enjoyed the traditional Lebanese way one part arak to two parts cold water over ice, served alongside mezze.
