Tierra Noble Exquisito Extra Aejo is an ultra-aged tequila rested more than five years in French oak, well past the three-year mark that defines the extra aejo class. Distilled from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Tierra Noble leans this expression toward the whiskey drinker: long oak contact turns the agave into dried fruit, vanilla, and toasted nut, with black pepper and a wisp of smoke underneath. At 80 proof it stays soft and rounded, the sweetness of prune and cherry balancing the wood. This is a sipping tequila, not a mixing one.
