It is made with 100 percent agave from high-altitude regions in the Jalisco and Michoacan region. The spirit is double-distilled and aged for four months in stainless steel and oak barrels. The resulting spirit offers a slightly sweet taste that is smooth and balanced, with notes of green apple, agave nectar, and roasted pepper.
