A limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky matured in exceptional sherry seasoned oak casks. Inspired by the year-end traditions in the home of Sherry wine, deep in the heart of Andalusia, Jerez, in southern Spain.

The third release in theA Night on Earthseries celebrates the universal night to celebrate the end of the year, a time for togetherness to reflect on what has passed, and to toast what is to come. In celebration of our 200 year anniversary we have gone to Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, where our exceptional oak casks are seasoned with sherry wine.

Created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, thesingle malt Scotch whiskyis a unique expression using a perfectly balanced combination of exceptional European and American sherry seasoned oak casks and inspired by the year end traditions in the home of Sherry wine.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Naranja Quemado.

Nose: Honey coated Pestios, sweet raisins, cinnamon, anise, rich oak & vibrant citrus.

Palate: Sweet Pastry, white grapes, honey glazed almonds, vanilla, balanced spices and hints of fresh rosemary.

Finish: Sweet, vibrant and warming.
