This single malt whisky was distilled at Macallan distillery in 1991, before being filled into a traditional ex-bourbon cask and matured gently for over 30 years. It was specially selected by the Rolling Cask Whisky Company in partnership with Milroy’s of Soho, and bottled in 2021 at a natural cask strength of 47.7%, yielding 168 bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: golden with amber, like aged Calvados.

Finish: Intense vanilla and brioche, followed by pineapple, banana, green apples and a fresh tang of gooseberry softened by bold yet elegant oak notes on the finish.
