The Lost Explorer Reposado is a 100% agave tequila finished across three cask types Sauternes wine barrels from Bordeaux, Pedro Ximnez sherry casks from Jerez, and Kentucky bourbon barrels an unusually wide finishing program for a reposado. Blue Weber agave comes from Jalisco’s volcanic lowlands, hand-selected by local farmers. The three finishes layer in wine-fruit sweetness, sherry richness, and bourbon-barrel vanilla on top of the agave itself, more complex than a single-cask reposado typically gets. It’s additive-free, agave and nothing else. Sip it neat in a snifter to catch all three cask influences separately.
