The Irishman Irish Founders Reserve is a limited edition whiskey from the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. It is a blend of single malt and grain whiskeys, aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whiskey has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toasted oak, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
