Dublin Liberties Copper Alley is a 10-year-old single malt Irish whiskey. It is crafted from both malted and un-malted barley, aged in casks made of oak and sherry, and finished in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks. Copper Alley has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of red fruits, dried spices, and hints of honeycomb and dark chocolate. This whiskey is bottles at 43% ABV, and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
