It is aged for 12 years in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon casks and 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks. The whisky has a deep amber color and a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, and spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
