The Dalmore 20 Year Old, fully finished in 30 Year Old Matusalem, is the epitome of craftsmanship.

Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes.

The whisky is then transferred to Gonzalez Byass casks which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry. This additional enhancement period allows true flavour enrichment as the liquid changes profile in the cask and really allows our potential to shine through. A multifaceted whisky with a strength of 43.6% exposing real rarities in flavour

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Deep rich citrus, warm ginger cake and ripe orchard fruits.

Palate: Marzipan, Morello cherries, figs, aged bodega casks and Oxford marmalade.

Finish:Toffee apple, cinnamon spice, dark chocolate and liquorice.
