Fueled by popular demand, Tenmile Distillery married two whiskeys aged in Williams Selyem Pinot Noir barrels together, both at 5 years of age, and bottled them at cask strength: 61.5% ABV. The whiskey is a testament to the adage: you make a good spirit and you put it in good wood, everything should work out. The nose is full of ripe plums & freshly baked chocolate cinnamon muffins. The whiskey itself is full bodied with hints of cherries and coffee with a light honeyed finish. The oldest Tenmile whiskey yet released and the one most rooted in John Dysons Williams Selyem heritage!
