Taconic Straight Bourbon is a single barrel pick bourbon that is not sourced. It is bottled at 750 ml and is made from a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley. The bourbon is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of four years. It has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness.
