In our very first distillery collaboration, weve teamed up with worldrenowned Lagavulin distillery to bring you the third and most excitingrelease of our peated cask finish. A coming together of UrbanMelbourne and the Islay Coast, we finished our red wine barrel maturedsingle malt whisky for a further 18 months in casks formerly maturingpeated scotch whisky from one of Islays oldest distillers.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Amber gold
• Nose: Yellow nectarine, touch of peat, pineapple, and a hint of iodine
• Palate: Initially very tropical, char-grilled pineapple, black tea and a touch of brine
• Finish: Drying ash, but follows through with tropical fruits and a touch of oak
