For this years iteration, weve taken our signature Two-Fold whisky and blended it with a single malt matured in Pedro Ximenez and Australian fortified wine casks. The result? A balanced yet deliciously complex whisky for the festive season. Celebrating our founder Daves Australian Sicilian holiday traditions, this Panettone is made to be shared.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vanilla slice, banoffee, and orange peel.

Palate: Bursts of dried sultanas and cinnamon spice on the front palate, balanced by a luscious vanilla and Christmas spice.

Finish: Toasted oak, caramel chews, and cinnamon.
