“These batches are honestly a far cry from each other. 25A is a fresh crack neck pour and 25B has been cracked for a couple of days now. 25A is definitely much more sweetness forward with a little bit of heat up front, mid palate dominated by brown sugar and finishing almost like a vanilla custard before dissipating not too long after. 25B is a whole different animal with a bit more heat up front with notes of Vanilla, leather, oak and tobacco on the midpalate. Decently long chewable finish that sticks with your palate. I would say for the sweet juice seekers the 25A is your jam but if you dont mind heat and prefer more complexity and age elements 25B is probably up your alley.
