Andrew Jones (Field Recordings) launched So Far Out as the Santa Barbara natural-wine arm of his project, made in collaboration with fifth-generation SB farmer Mike Testa and Jamil Williams. Chillable Red is the brief: organic fruit, light-handed winemaking, a 30-minute fridge stop before pouring. The 2023 is a juicy, low-tannin red built for porch chairs and pizza nights rather than swirling and contemplating. It rewards a chill and disappears fast.
