Smooth Ambler Contradiction Rye is a unique blend of two different rye whiskeys. The first is a high-rye bourbon whiskey made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley. The second is a straight rye whiskey made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The two whiskeys are then blended together to create a unique and complex flavor profile. The result is a whiskey that is spicy and sweet, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. This batch was bottled at 90 proof and is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
