WHY:Siembra Valles is the import label for Tequila aficionado and advocate David Suro, contracted from one of Jalisco’s best distilleries: NOM 1123 Cascahuin. Loaded with citrus up front, with grassy and herbaceous notes through the middle, the Tequila is creamy on the palate with loads of spice on the finish. Zero additives, zero sweeteners, and no diffusers are used to make this Tequila.

HOW:Using only traditional practices, Cascahuin uses mature agave, stone ovens for roasting, and a roller mill press for extraction, adhering to the production methods that lead to top quality Tequila.
