Double distilled in pot still from blue weber agave. Distillery harnesses the force of gravity to aid production and is designed to substantially reduce the carbon footprint.

French oak stills and finished in American and French oak barrels. Naturally, gluten free and no additives.

NOSE: Dried apricot, baking spices, sweet vanilla
PALATE: Orange zest, candied pear, toasted almonds
FINISH: Light smoke with creamy, round finish
