The To Kalon Vineyard bottling is produced from select clones15, 7, and 685of Cabernet Sauvignon and sourced from a section of the vineyard that is planted on soils containing ancient marine sediment and an alluvial fan that provides excellent mineral deposits. Full-bodied with concentrated black and purple fruit, the wine balances powerful fruit with elegant floral and spice notes, fresh acidity, and firm ripe tannins.
