• Botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit
• Sweetened using Japanese beet sugar and granulated cane sugar
• Rested in stainless steel tanks before bottling
• 27% ABV

Scarlet Menta is a gentle and complex amaro whose herbal bitterness is balanced by floral aromatics and refreshing mint. Each batch requires approximately 150 kg of various mints harvested from fields neighboring the Iseya Distillery.
