Caff, Scarlets take on a coffee amaro, utilizes lightly roasted Ethiopian coffee from the village of Alo in Bensa, Sidama, and Panamanian Geisha coffeethe worlds rarest and most expensive variety, with auction lots reaching prices over $30,000 per kilogram in 2025.
