The Chardonnay in this cuve is from 100% estate grown grapes,expertly grown by their vineyard manager, Netanya Welch. Under thecareful direction of their winemaker, John Faulkner, the juice is fermentedin a combination of barriques and puncheons, left sur lie for 11 months,and finished in stainless steel for 5 months before bottling.
