Our journey starts in Japan where a master brewer uses traditional brewing methods dating back to 300 years to craft a premium grade sake. At the same time in The Netherlands, a master distiller uses modern distilling techniquesare used to make a proprietary recipe that includes traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and angelica root. Our master distiller artfully blends the two and allows the flavors to mingle. Cucumber is infused to finish the blend.
