Rose & Arrow’s Red Label is the entry into the project’s vision – a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir drawn from across the estate’s sites, including parcels in Eola-Amity Hills and Yamhill-Carlton. Founded by the late Mark Tarlov with Burgundian Louis-Michel Comte Liger-Belair and terroir consultant Pedro Parra, Rose & Arrow approaches Oregon with serious ambitions and an obsessive focus on soils. The Red Label opens with lifted red fruit and finishes with the subtle rocky impression that runs through all their wines. A pure, balanced, mid-weight Pinot that gives you a sense of what the more rarefied bottles are after – at a fraction of the price.
