Rosaluna Mexcal Joven is a premium mezcal made from 100% agave Espadn. It is produced in the small village of San Juan del Ro in Oaxaca, Mexico. The mezcal is made using traditional methods, including roasting the agave in an underground pit, crushing it with a stone wheel, and fermenting it in open-air vats.
