Rey Campero Tobala Joven is a mezcal made from 100% wild Tobala agave. It is produced in the village of San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is harvested from the wild and cooked in a traditional underground oven. It is then fermented in open-air vats and double distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth and smoky mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and earth. It is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
