• Nose– Rich, complex spice and spongey sweetness fill the nostrils. Bing cherry, fig, raisin, and chocolate with a seemingly chewy depth.
• Palate – The palate is very chocolatey, with honey filling next, vanilla bean, and a revisit to the fruit and dried fruits found on the nose. Like the nose, the spice is present but balanced.
• Finish – The finish is long, sweet, and creamy – continuing with chocolate and toasted oak and dried fruit lingering longer. An excellent wheated expression.
