Proofed down with a proprietary process using Sierra Nevada Alpine water. Each barrel is hand-selected and dumped at the peak of its maturity. This bourbon is unfiltered so it does not lose any flavor due to heavy filtration systems. Each bottle is filled, labeled and sealed by hand.

• Nose: Caramel, vanilla, fruit, cocoa and nuts.
• Palate:Caramel, vanilla, chocolate, and smoke in body. Fades to a balance of roasted nuts, rye spice and caramel.
