Rustico Puntagave Sotol is made from wild-harvested desert spoon in Northern Mexico’s Chihuahuan Desert. Before being harvested, the plants mature for 15 years on the mountaintop, storing huge amounts of natural energy.Slow steam boiling of wild-harvested herbs, natural fermentation with champagne yeast, and distillation in a double-column copper still are all part of the art manufacturing process.
