This being revealed the purest way to craft mezcal, giving birth to Puercolen. Today, every bottle carries that divine recipe, honoring tradition and craftsmanship. Puercolen is a handmade artisanal agave spirit distilled in the Tlacolula Valley in Oaxaca, Mexico. Sourced exclusively from a variety of mature maguey plants.
