Praedium Mezcal is produced by maestro mezcalero Moises Martinez and the brand is operated by his wife, Guadalupe. They live and produce mezcal in the community of Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. Their familys mezcal has been available in the community for generations, but it first became available in the US in mid-2023.

Tasting Notes: The palate has baked-goods type flavors, with additional notes of honey, almonds, and orange marmalade. This ensable shows a stronf Tobasiche side with hints of clay pot undertones.
