Dot’s Garden is a two-acre Zinfandel parcel within the Porter-Bass estate, a Demeter-certified biodynamic farm in the redwood-shaded hills above Guerneville in the Russian River Valley. Picked from this cool, fog-touched site and made hands-off, native-yeast, neutral barrels, unfined and unfiltered, it’s a fresher, more restrained take on Zinfandel than the jammy norm. Expect brightness and lift rather than heat. A distinctive bottling from a tiny block.
