Aged more than 5 years and bottled at cask strength, the 2024 vintage displays a warm and rich nose ofmolasses,roasted peanuts, andcaramelbeforeleading into a dense palate ofbaked apricot,vanilla, andburnt sugar.

We crafted this bourbon for those who enjoy the nuances of American Whiskey. We use the same custom mash bill as our straight bourbon, but age it for 5 years and bottle it at cask strength to accentuate its complex flavors and deliver a long, balanced finish.
