This represents an extremely meticulous blend of the estates oldest vines (plots of vines over forty years old, the two oldest plots planted in 1911 and 1913), mainly growing in Cramant Grand Cru (60%), and completed with Chouilly Grand Cru (30%) and a hint of Cuis 1er cru (10%) to give that Gimonnet-style touch of crispness.
