Located in the Grand Cru village of Ay in the heart of Champagne, this house has been producing high quality champagnes since 1872. This Brut is a classic example of Ay Champagne and is produced from the three classic Champagne varietals of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is light to medium-bodied with flavors of crisp green apples, ripe yellow pears and a hint of toastiness.
